Important Update Message:
May 6, 2020
As we maneuver through the next phase of the Coronavirus Pandemic, the safety of our customers and employees remains our number one priority. As an essential business, we continue to be open and fully staffed to ensure we are doing everything we can to help the communities and clients we have the privilege of serving.
On May 4th, Governor Northam indicated that the State of Virginia may be ready to move into Phase I as early as next week. At this point, we expect to continue with our current model of drive-thru and appointment-only branch visits. Hours of operation can be found here. Many employees from our back offices will also continue to work remotely so we can ensure appropriate social distancing throughout our environment.
To further ensure the safety of our employees as well as those we serve, we are asking all to don a face-covering when in contact with one another. If you have scheduled an appointment in a branch lobby, you will be asked to show your face at the door for identification purposes before you will be allowed to enter. If you do not have a mask, we have many single use masks available for you. We are doing everything we can to protect our employees to ensure we can remain open for you as we move into the late spring and summer months.
As a reminder, the Bank’s full suite of products and services remain available to you on the phone, through online banking, or by appointment in our branches. Whether you would like to take advantage of our low mortgage rates, great commercial products, wide-reaching cash management tools, or investment and trust services, we are here to help. To make an appointment, please call our Customer Support Center at 1-800-650-8723.
Most importantly, if you are experiencing financial difficulties as a result of COVID-19, we are here for you. Please do not hesitate to call our customer service center at 1-800-650-8723, reach out to your commercial banker or branch manager, or send us an email through our secure online banking.
