Dear Customers,
Earlier today, Governor Northam issued an Executive Order for the residents of Virginia that limit social gatherings, close certain venues, and impact a number of businesses. As your community Bank, we are considered essential to the functioning of the local economy and will therefore continue to be here for you throughout the pandemic.

As I stated in my last message (dated 3/18/2020), we have moved to a drive-thru only model; I am happy to report that it has been going well. I would like to personally thank each of you that has visited our branch network since last Thursday for your patience and understanding. Hours of operation can be found here.

As the personal safety of our customers, employees, and community remains our top priority, and to comply with the Governor’s request, we have reduced the staff in our operation centers to limit face to face contact. Many of our employees will be working from home to ensure the Bank remains fully functional to meet your needs.

As a reminder, the Bank’s full suite of products and services remain available to you on the phone, through online banking, or by appointment in our branches.
